For our customer teams, we are looking for engineers who flourish in an automation-first, mission-critical environment and want to build the platforms our customers rely on daily. In a self-managing team, you design, build, manage, and improve business-critical systems. You automate everything you touch, improve pipelines, resolve complex multi-layer issues, and optimize platforms and applications - in a culture of true responsibility, intensive collaboration, and without silos.

As a Windows Platform & Automation Engineer, you are responsible for both daily operations and projects such as new builds, migrations, and platform innovation. You work closely with customers, think along with them regarding solutions for their challenges, and translate these into robust technical implementations.

Your duties include:

• Automating platform management with scripting and configuration management.
• Taking responsibility for the entire Plan-Build-Run lifecycle.
• Designing, building, and managing Windows-based platforms.
• Resolving complex issues across multiple layers (OS, network, database, security, and applications).
• Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Thinking along with customers regarding architecture, improvements, and innovation.
• Executing projects such as platform migrations, upgrades, and new implementations.

Experience with:

• Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) and High Availability Clustering.
• Microsoft SQL Server (2019/2022) and Active Directory Domain Services.
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Azure (Public Cloud) and/or Azure Stack HCI / Hyper-V.
• Experience with SCCM, Storage Spaces Direct, IDM/PAM, networking, and basic Linux.
• Git, CI/CD, security principles, and strong analytical skills.
• Configuration management tooling (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
