What we're looking for

In addition, you have successfully completed a relevant MBO education and have several years of work experience in a similar role. Preferably towards the food or process industry.
You are someone who likes to take the initiative to achieve a good performance together with others. In doing so, you like to take your responsibility and are a true go-getter.
Good communication is very important in the Bottlery, therefore you speak, read, and write Dutch well.

The role

The Bottlery consists of a hyper-modern machine park with the latest production techniques. Here, our beers and soft drinks are bottled in cans, bottles, and kegs. About 95,000 cans or bottles per hour. As a Technical Operator, you will get to work with the goal of making the bottling process run as efficiently and effectively as possible.

What you'll do

As a Technical Operator, you do not only operate the machines, but you find it a challenge to know the machine inside and out.
You will learn the background of your machine and its operation; to you, the machine holds no secrets.
Not only do you know how to resolve malfunctions quickly and efficiently, but you also know the cause of the malfunction. You are able to eliminate the cause by taking action yourself or escalating if necessary.
Converting machines is your expertise, and you are as efficient as possible in this.
Additionally, you see improvements in the process and can convert these into concrete proposals and corresponding actions.
Through your knowledge and ambition, you are able to help your colleagues and serve as a point of reference for them during problems.
