What we're looking for

Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in the security technology domain, particularly in access control and identity management solutions.
Strong financial acumen with experience defining and managing performance KPIs, translating insights into actions, and supporting annual planning and AOP target achievement.

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience in strategic planning in a global organization.
Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience supporting forecasting, performance reviews, and cross-functional planning processes to align financial outcomes with strategic priorities and annual operating plan commitments.

The role

As the Lead Sales Ops Specialist, you will be accountable for managing and optimizing sales processes, systems, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll do

Lead and drive the development and implementation of strategic plans specific to the Security Access Solution business.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in access control and identity management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives that enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership to support business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Define, drive, and monitor key financial KPIs to steer business objectives, track performance against annual targets, and support delivery of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
