• Preferably a completed MBO 2 education or higher in the direction of process technology, engineering, Vapro, operator, or food. If you do not have a completed related education but do have relevant work experience, you may also apply;
• Experience in working with complex installations, you are able to work with them accurately;
• You always work safely and have an eye for quality;
• You work independently and are proactive, you are able to make a positive contribution to the atmosphere in the team;
• You have excellent command of the Dutch language; You have knowledge of quality systems and quality standards;
• Willing to work in a 5-shift roster.

• This position is scaled in Zuivel CAO 4 (€ 3864 to € 4818 based on 36 hours including a shift allowance of 28.7%) your salary will be based on your experience and education;

As a Packaging Operator, you ensure that our produced powders are packaged safely, accurately, and according to schedule in sacks and big bags. You monitor the packaging process, perform checks, and ensure that product quality continuously meets the set requirements. You work according to the applicable safety, quality, and food safety guidelines and signal deviations, malfunctions, or unsafe situations. You record registrations and checks in digital systems so that the process always remains transparent. Additionally, you ensure that machines and tools are clean, safe, and in good condition. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly and the products are ready on time for our customers. You are an important link between production and logistics and contribute every day to a safe and efficient process.

At FrieslandCampina in Veghel, about 500 employees share the passion to get the most out of milk. Milk is, after all, full of nutrients and active substances that can be used as ingredients for existing products. Through a fully automated process, we extract fats, sugars, and proteins from the raw milk and cheese whey that enters here daily. These nutritious and functional ingredients are then used again in, for example, sports and baby food, paracetamol, tompouces, milkshakes, and oral hygiene products.
