In this position, you will supervise, coordinate, and train the team in your department at our distribution center and ensure that our productivity goals are met. In doing so, you will guarantee compliance with high quality and safety standards. You will also initiate and monitor process optimization projects in close cooperation with your fellow shift leaders and report to the department manager of the respective area to which you are assigned (e.g., shipping, picking, packaging, etc.).

• Planning, steering, and monitoring of daily operations.
• Management of productivity and monitoring of KPIs in your area, as well as continuous optimization of structures and processes.
• Creation of the daily personnel planning.
• Conducting assessments and evaluations of team members.
• Collaboration with other departments in our distribution center.
