As a Logistics Coordinator in Puttershoek , you ensure that incoming and outgoing flows of goods run smoothly. You are an important link between drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders. Thanks to your overview, accuracy, and communication skills, transport movements proceed efficiently and according to schedule.
You work in a brand-new, 100,000 m² automated warehouse where technology, collaboration, and operational excellence are central. A dynamic environment in which you are involved both administratively and operationally and contribute directly to the success of the daily logistics operation. What you'll do
As a Logistics Coordinator, you ensure the correct and efficient handling of transport-related processes. You maintain an overview of the daily flows of goods and support the coordination of incoming and outgoing transport.
- Coordinating and monitoring incoming and outgoing transport movements;
- Maintaining contact with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders regarding the status of shipments;
- Receiving and guiding drivers upon arrival and departure;
- Assigning the correct dock or gate position to trucks;
- Checking and processing transport documentation;
- Identifying and following up on deviations within transport and logistics processes;
- Preparing reports and processing operational data in systems and Excel;
- Ensuring correct administrative handling of transport flows.
You are part of the Traffic & Customer Support team and work closely with Operations, Warehouse Support, and other internal stakeholders. You report to the Supervisor and have a visible role within the daily operation.
You work in a 2-shift service (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00) and we also work in a rotation system on Saturdays.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a communicatively strong and structured Logistics Coordinator who feels at home in a dynamic logistics environment and knows how to maintain an overview when multiple processes are running simultaneously.
- MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field;
- 1–3 years of experience within a logistics, transport, or warehouse environment;
- Good knowledge of logistics processes;
- Experience with Excel and working with operational systems;
- Good command of the English language;
- Available full-time and willing to work in 2 shifts;
- Accurate, communicatively strong, and stress-resistant.
