Location: Moerdijk

Due to the long-term absence of a colleague, we are looking for temporary support (1 FTE) in the logistics department.

The logistics operator is responsible for the efficient and safe supervision of daily bulk logistics processes within the plant. The position combines logistics administration with operational and technical support and ensures the correct handling of transports, loading and unloading activities, and stock flows.

The main component of cement is clinker. The production of clinker and therefore cement contributes 8% to total global CO2 emissions. Cement production is more harmful than aviation, shipping, and long-distance road transport combined.

As a logistics planner, you are of crucial importance to our logistics process. This role offers you the chance to truly make an impact and contribute to our ambition. For our location in Moerdijk, we are looking for an enthusiastic logistics planner for 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• You process transport orders, loading and unloading documentation, and weighbridge data in the designated systems
• You maintain contact with carriers, drivers, terminals, and internal departments regarding planning and logistical coordination
• You supervise incoming and outgoing bulk transports and support the planning of loading and unloading activities for trucks and ships
• You handle the administrative processing of CMRs, weighbridge tickets, and other transport documentation
• You maintain time registrations and operational schedules
• You support drivers during loading activities and the connection of loading installations, and you monitor the safe execution of loading and unloading work
• You check installations, identify deviations, and resolve small technical malfunctions where possible
• You work closely with operators and support operational activities within the plant
• You ensure order, cleanliness, and safety at the location
