The role

What you'll do

Knowledge Management & Knowledge Database: You will maintain and optimize our digital knowledge database and ensure that pharmaceutical expertise, work instructions, and standards are available in an up-to-date, understandable, and practical manner.
Onboarding & Employee Development: You will support the further development of structured onboarding processes, identify training needs, and contribute to suitable learning offerings.
Quality Standards & Processes: Together with managers and subject matter experts, you will ensure the practical integration and up-to-dateness of relevant SOPs, guidelines, and work processes.
User Orientation & Optimization: You will gather feedback and requirements from the teams to continuously improve the user-friendliness, acceptance, and efficiency of our knowledge and onboarding solutions.
Interface Management & Collaboration: You will network the Pharma Academy with the specialist departments and managers and coordinate cross-departmental improvement measures.

About you

Qualification & Experience: You have a completed degree or comparable training with relevant professional experience or further education. Ideally, you bring experience in onboarding, knowledge management, process optimization, or with digital applications – preferably in the healthcare environment.
Digital Affinity & Process Understanding: You quickly familiarize yourself with new systems, think in a process-oriented manner, and enjoy further developing digital solutions and workflows.
Structured & Independent Way of Working: You work independently, take responsibility, and prepare complex information in an understandable and practical way.
Communication & Collaboration: You communicate clearly and reliably, bring different perspectives together, and actively help shape improvements across departments.
Language Skills: You have very good German skills; English and/or Dutch skills are an advantage.

You will ensure that new employees are onboarded in a structured, efficient, and practical manner and that our teams can access up-to-date and understandable information at all times. In doing so, you will combine digital knowledge management with process optimization, quality standards, and continuous improvement of employee support.

With your structured way of working, your digital affinity, and your eye for improvement opportunities, you will help to optimally prepare our pharmaceutical teams for their tasks and provide them with sustainable support in their daily work.
