In the control room, you ensure that our highly automated warehouse processes function smoothly. You coordinate workflows, analyze key performance indicators, and make decisions in real time. Together with various specialist departments, you ensure that our customers receive their orders reliably and on time.

As a control room employee, you are the operational heart of our logistics center. You maintain an overview of our warehouse processes, identify bottlenecks early, and ensure that our systems and workflows function smoothly. Together with logistics management and the technical team, you make decisions in real time and ensure that thousands of customers receive their orders on time every day.

• You control and monitor all warehouse processes via our warehouse management system and ensure a smooth material flow.
• You keep our automated systems in view at all times and react proactively to technical malfunctions or process deviations.
• You analyze operational key figures, identify potential for optimization, and initiate appropriate measures.
• Together with logistics management and maintenance, you coordinate rapid solutions for malfunctions or bottlenecks.
• You prioritize orders and support the continuous fulfillment of our service and quality goals.
• You document relevant key figures and support the continuous improvement of our logistics processes with your analyses.
