Centralist (control Room Operator)

• Diploma Centralist Alarmcentrale (BoCA or VoCA) or Mbo diploma Beveiliger 2.
• Strong oral and written communication, concise reporting.

At Bosch RMS, as a centralist, you are at the heart of our control room and you are the driving force behind our services. You ensure that alerts are processed correctly from A to Z and that customers – both internal and external – are always central. Using the most modern systems, you provide a listening ear, think along, and ensure clear solutions. In addition to handling alerts, you also support installers in connecting new systems, so that our customers can always count on reliable and safe total solutions.

Your tasks
• Working with multiple systems and workstations; ensuring correct and efficient processing.
• Receiving, assessing, and processing alerts according to pre-established action protocols, with an eye for customer developments.
• Answering and processing incoming telephone calls in a customer-friendly and professional manner, including following identification protocols.
• Monitoring and processing incoming email traffic during the shift, setting priorities correctly.
• Supporting technicians with new customer connections by processing and correctly exchanging technical data in the system.
• Actively keeping knowledge and skills required for the position up to date.
• Following training to become a camera observer where necessary.
