What you will do

As a Multi-Skilled Operator (CBK Operator), you ensure that our process installations in Deventer deliver the desired end product, both qualitatively and quantitatively. From the central control room, you monitor, control, and optimize the dosing, mixing, and powder transport processes. Additionally, you perform inspections in the factory and ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

You identify deviations in quality or production performance, take immediate action, and involve colleagues where necessary to achieve optimal results. Furthermore, you are responsible for the receipt of raw materials and the issuance of end products, including quality controls and administrative processing.

You also actively participate in projects aimed at improving and upgrading our state-of-the-art process installations. In this role, you work closely with colleagues from logistics, customer care, planning, the laboratory, and the technical service.

Who we are looking for

• You have a relevant MBO-level education.

• You possess technical insight and have experience in a production environment; experience within the food or dairy industry is a plus.

• You have a good command of the Dutch language; knowledge of English and/or German is a plus.

• You are proactive, independent, flexible, and know how to set priorities in a dynamic work environment.

• You live within commuting distance of Deventer and preferably have your own transport.
