Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you are responsible for the information security policy and the security strategy of RAM-IT. You play a key role in protecting our organization, our employees, and our customers. Based on your expertise, you advise the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on risks, compliance, investments, and strategic choices regarding information security. You ensure that our services meet the highest security standards and that customers can rely on a secure and dependable IT partner.

You report directly to the CFO and work closely with Compliance, Architecture, SecOps, external auditors, customers, and various team leads and managers. You are an important interlocutor in the field of information security, both internally and externally, and you know how to make complex issues understandable for diverse stakeholders.

What you will do

• Developing, implementing, and continuously improving the information security policy and security strategy.

• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards such as NIS2, AVG/GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NEN 7510.

• Performing risk analyses and advising the board and management on risks, control measures, and investments.

• Establishing and stimulating a strong security culture through awareness and improvement programs.

• Advising and supporting teams such as SecOps and Architecture on security issues and secure solutions.

• Representing RAM-IT during audits, certification processes, and compliance investigations.

• Conducting conversations with customers and other stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor in the field of information security, privacy, and compliance.
