As an Allround Online Travel Agent, you are the primary point of contact for more complex customer inquiries. You work independently, think ahead, and communicate smartly with suppliers, colleagues, and systems. You know exactly what is needed to help every traveler on their way, even when things get difficult, also during busy moments and in the evenings and weekends.

Check(-in), but what exactly will you be doing?
You are not only customer-oriented, but also analytically and process-oriented strong. You maintain the overview, identify bottlenecks, and take responsibility. You help your colleagues further and think along about how things can be improved. Your duties include:

• You provide independent and efficient support to customers via telephone, email, and chat;

• You handle complex customer inquiries and communicate with suppliers or departments where necessary;

• You think along in solutions and ensure that customers can quickly move forward again;

• You identify points for improvement in processes and suggest ideas;

• You support colleagues with your knowledge and experience - you are truly a sparring partner;

• You work accurately in our systems and keep customer files tidy.
