The role

As an Online Travel Agent at Prijsvrij Vakanties & D-reizen, you are the primary point of contact for our online customers. Before, during, and after the trip, you are ready for all their questions. You listen, think along, and help customers as best as possible, even when things do not go as expected. In this way, you contribute every day to our mission: a carefree trip for the best price.

What you'll do

From a change in the trip to assistance with online check-in: you handle all kinds of questions and ensure that customers can quickly move forward. You switch easily between email, chat, and telephone, keep your cool when it is busy, and always think in solutions.

You support the customer with, among other things, online check-in, booking extra add-ons, and changes to the trip;
You listen, reassure the customer, and ensure that the customer feels heard;
You think along about what is possible and dare to communicate clearly and kindly when something is unfortunately not possible;
You switch between different systems to find information and to carry out actions quickly and carefully;
You identify opportunities to work smarter and to make our service even better.

Vacation does not stop at 5:00 PM. That is why we are there for our customers when it is needed: also in the evening, on weekends, and on public holidays.
