Teamlead HUB Operations – Peterson Den Helder

As Teamlead HUB Operations, you will provide daily leadership to the team at the HUB in Den Helder and other locations where your team members work on-site. You ensure efficient planning, support your colleagues where necessary, and maintain continuous oversight of the activities. You are the primary point of contact on the shop floor and actively contribute to a safe, structured, and pleasant working environment. You will work together with the head of operations.

In addition, you will have daily contact with customers and be responsible for all commercial activities at the location, including offshore container rental.

• Managing, coaching, and developing the HUB team (people management);

• Establishing and monitoring daily planning and activities;

• Acting as the point of contact on the shop floor;

• Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships within the offshore sector;

• Responsible for commercial activities and opportunities at the HUB;

• Coordinating the rental and logistics of offshore containers;

• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety at the location;

• Proactively identifying and improving processes and working methods.

Salary scale H- € 3693- € 5276
