Teamlead Operations Support Online

• HBO or WO level of work and thinking.
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience at HBO level or 2 to 4 years at WO level.
• Experience with managing and developing teams.
• Experience with operational processes, performance management

• The ability to provide structure, set priorities, and successfully guide changes.

• A gross salary between € 4,145 and € 5,925 per 4-week period, based on 40 hours per week.
• Converted to a monthly salary, this amounts to approximately € 4,490 to € 6,415 gross per month.
• A bonus scheme of up to 5%.
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.

As Teamlead Operations Support Online, you will lead a team of specialists who make a difference every day for our E Fulfilment Centers and hubs. Thanks to your guidance, processes surrounding quality, warehouse layout, and administration run smoothly, reliably, and uniformly. In this way, you ensure that our online operation is ready every day to provide hundreds of thousands of customers with the best service.

In this role, you combine leadership, operational strength, and continuous improvement. You are the connecting factor between people, processes, and performance. You provide oversight, set the right priorities, and translate insights into concrete improvements that are directly visible in the operation.

You:

• Leads a team of professionals within quality, warehouse layout, and administration.
  Coaches employees in their growth and stimulates ownership.
  Ensures an efficient and predictable execution of daily activities.
  Acts as a point of contact for stakeholders within the online operation.
  Identifies opportunities, initiates improvements, and safeguards a culture of continuous improvement.
  Plays an active role in projects and change processes that contribute to the future of Jumbo
