As Teamlead Sales Operations, you bring structure, quality, and speed to our commercial processes, from lead to delivery. You ensure that Sales can do what they are good at, and that our customers notice the difference in their experience with Eurofiber. You are a true working foreman: you take action yourself and you see how things can be improved.

• Location: Alblasserdam or Maarssen (both negotiable), at least 3 days per week in the office
• Employment: full-time, 40 hours per week

You work together with the Senior Sales Support colleague and work independently, seeing opportunities yourself and implementing improvements (proactive instead of reactive). Together with the team, you are responsible for four pillars:

By improving internal and external processes, from lead to delivery, we ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Administrative support for Sales, including administrative delivery for Colo and Cloud.
• Sales processes: management and optimization.
• CRM data: control of the Customer Master Data and support with forecast reporting.
• Certifications: audits and documentation of processes.

• Making data reliable, up-to-date, and usable for decision-making
• Designing processes efficiently and uniformly
• Optimizing our current CRM as a commercial steering instrument
• Ensuring that the customer has an excellent experience with Eurofiber throughout the entire customer journey
• Collaborating as a team player with stakeholders within Eurofiber: Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Security.

You are someone who sees, understands, and improves processes. You roll up your sleeves yourself and come up with improvements before someone else asks for them.
