As a logistics team leader, you organize and optimize the course of events in the warehouse during the sorting shift. You supervise about 50 warehouse employees who sort all packages and ensure they end up in the correct containers. You ensure that your team performs optimally and adheres to safety rules. You continuously look for ways to improve various activities and processes and to let your team work as optimally as possible. You conduct performance reviews and work actively on the development of your people. Additionally, you are also responsible for a number of administrative tasks, in which we expect you to work accurately. In short; you know what is needed to make the shift a success for and with everyone.

• You have an MBO level 4 working and thinking level;

• Experience in the logistics sector or as a team leader is a plus.

• Your working hours are from 03:00 to 12:00. Flexibility in this is a requirement;

• Despite the dynamic environment, you can maintain a good overview and work accurately;

• You are a true people manager and know how to connect team members with each other and create a good team atmosphere;

• You can work with virtually all Microsoft Office programs;

• You possess good communication skills;

• You have a sense of responsibility, know how to deal with certain procedures and rules, and ensure that your team members comply with them.

• A salary between €3171 and €4173 depending on your work experience.

• Working hours that you can schedule yourself. Together we determine how much and in which shifts you want to work.
