• Gross monthly salary between €3,245 and €5,050 depending on knowledge and experience, including holiday allowance, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance and a work-from-home allowance per worked day.

You will join the Microsoft Consulting & Innovation (Platforms) team and work on digital transformations using the Microsoft ecosystem. You will design and configure solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.

You will work closely with client teams, translating processes into effective solutions and optimizing customer journeys through iterative improvements. With your experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and strong knowledge of customer-centric processes, you will design and implement scalable CRM solutions that help organizations grow. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients from various sectors and use Microsoft technology to make a real impact.

• Functional design and configuration of CE solutions.
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes.
• Configuration of entities, forms, dashboards, BPFs.
• Designing end-to-end customer journeys across different modules.
• Leading workshops, requirements sessions, and fit-gap analyses.
