Sustainability Specialist

As a Sustainability Specialist at Odido, you will work on themes such as CO₂ reduction, circularity, responsible procurement, and new sustainability legislation. Together with colleagues from across the entire organization, you will help translate our sustainability ambitions into concrete results.

You will be given a great deal of freedom and responsibility to advance sustainability within our organization. In doing so, you will work on diverse issues, translate ambitions into concrete actions, and ensure that initiatives truly make an impact. You move easily through the organization, know how to engage stakeholders, and are given the space to take ownership of projects and improvements.

Additionally, you will be given the space to identify improvements, propose new initiatives, and work together with colleagues to make sustainable impact visible and measurable.

• Initiating and executing projects regarding CO₂ reduction, energy efficiency, and circularity;
• Analyzing ESG data and performing emission and footprint calculations according to the GHG Protocol;
• Contributing to the further development and substantiation of our climate objectives and CO₂ reduction plans;
• Contributing to ESG and sustainability reporting, including CSRD obligations;
• Maintaining and further developing our ISO 14001 management system;
• Monitoring developments in environmental and sustainability legislation and translating the impact to the organization;
• Making our value chain more sustainable by collaborating with suppliers and colleagues within Procurement;
• Supporting external benchmarks and assessments such as CDP and EcoVadis;
• Preparing analyses, presentations, and management updates;
• Increasing awareness regarding sustainability within the organization.

For this role, we are looking for someone who makes sustainability tangible and actionable. Someone who establishes contact easily, takes initiative, and gains energy from complex issues for which there is not always a clear answer.

Experience within telecom is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. Are you curious, a fast learner, and energized by sustainability? Then we would love to meet you.
