This team consists of sales advisors and a shop manager. Together, you strive for the highest turnover, a pleasant customer experience, and an engaged team. You find it a challenge to learn, to grow, and to support team members so that they develop into the best version of themselves.

• Good salary between € 2,650 and € 2,750 gross per month;
• Variable bonus scheme between € 450 and € 750 gross per month;

As an assistant team leader, you are able to coach and guide the sales advisors in the team with passion and enthusiasm. Together with the shop manager, you ensure that the team can help every customer choose the right products and services. We can leave this to you with peace of mind because:

• You possess HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level;
• You see, create, and utilize opportunities;
• You love coaching, leading, and can delegate well;
• You are good at collaborating and have a sense of responsibility;
• You preferably already have some leadership experience.
