Are you strong in collaboration, coaching in your approach, and crazy about fashion? You support the Store Manager in leading the team and ensure that every customer leaves our store with a good feeling and a stylish outfit. You guide colleagues on the shop floor, think along about improvement opportunities, and ensure that customers feel seen and inspired. What you'll do

This is what your workday looks like
You coordinate the day, maintain an overview, and support your team on the floor. You assist with staff scheduling, store administration, visual merchandising, and stock control. Together with the Store Manager, you monitor objectives and create a pleasant working atmosphere in which the team can flourish. And of course, you inspire customers with personal advice and a store presentation that is perfect down to the details.
