The teams are composed relatively small, meaning you work closely in a team environment and with other practice groups. On one hand, you experience the daily benefits of the international network and the opportunities that come with it; on the other hand, the teams are composed relatively compactly. As a result, lines of communication are short and individual input and independence are highly valued. With us, you find the best of both worlds: responsibility in complex, cross-border matters, with the atmosphere and conviviality of a medium-sized office.
