nhow Amsterdam RAI is a new social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdammers. The iconic building, oriented towards the different cardinal directions, symbolizes the melting pot that the city of Amsterdam has always been and still is. The imposing 91-meter-high building is located in the Zuidas, directly next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, and offers its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.

For our management team, we are looking for a passionate, organized, and driven intern. You will support our Director of Operations, HR Specialist, and department heads with a wide variety of tasks across different HR disciplines, such as payroll and contract administration, training, recruitment and selection of new employees, performance management, project management, social events, and more. All in all, these are very versatile tasks that give you the chance to learn and understand how the Human Resources department works within a hotel. And remember: we are not limited by traditional approaches, we are not afraid to try new approaches, and you will be given the space to shine and put your ideas into practice.

• Maintaining vacancy websites and adapting job vacancy texts

• Reviewing incoming applications and conducting interviews

• Organizing presentations and tours for hospitality schools

• Handling onboarding and offboarding

• Assisting in the execution of various training sessions

• Keeping personnel administration up to date
