Logistics Assistant Rotterdam station 30 hours per week

We are looking for colleagues for Rotterdam Centraal and HUB location Rotterdam Alexander.

• We can offer you a contract of 30 hours per week.
• You are flexibly deployable within our opening hours. We work in three shifts, namely: Early: 06:30 to 14:30, middle: 09:00 to 17:00 and late: 14:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Sunday.
• It is a plus if you possess a B driver's license or are open to following an internal training program to become a professional driver
  
  Good to know:
• We do not have parking spaces available and do not reimburse parking costs.
• You live within a 30-minute travel time of the work location.
• Due to the nature of the work, we are obliged to maintain a minimum age of 18 years.
• We require you to possess a proficiency level of B1 in the Dutch language for this position.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the various shops at the station receive their stock neatly and on time. You are expected to be able to perform all operational activities at the station. Your tasks consist mainly of loading, unloading, and transporting goods and maintaining careful administration of this. Thanks in part to your accuracy and well-developed perseverance, you are of invaluable importance in:

• Receiving and processing order lists for the goods to be delivered.
• Receiving and delivering or storing goods delivered to the station.
• Order picking and ensuring correct registration of stock items in the Central Warehouses.
• Tidying up and cleaning, among other things, workspaces, cold & freezer cells, loading & unloading docks, logistics aisles, and equipment.

• You are service-oriented and place the satisfaction of the customer and traveler above all else.
• You consider safe working and care to be important.
• You are accurate and efficient and work according to the rules.
• You feel responsible for the station and act accordingly.

• A gross monthly salary of € 2,725.56 (based on a 36-hour work week).
• 144 hours of statutory leave (based on full-time employment) + extra leave depending on age (at least one week).
• 3% year-end bonus, 8% holiday allowance and an excellent pension scheme.
• Your train travel in 2nd class is free; travel in 1st class is possible with a small personal contribution.
• Your family travels for free during off-peak hours.
