In their own words

About the company & team

The Flight Operations department is responsible for the management and operation of the NLR research aircraft, the Pipistrel PH-NLX and two Citations, PH-LAB and PH-NLR. At Rotterdam airport, we have a hangar where we house and maintain the aircraft. Annually, we fly approximately 350 hours for various research and measurement flights. The department is developing in the fields of electric flight, hydrogen flight, flight testing, and the deployment of larger UAS. With all the developments in aviation, the need for more knowledge in these areas is great.

In our team of over 20 colleagues, we work multidisciplinarily with TU Delft on our test flight organization. We find a pleasant working environment essential. The atmosphere within the department is informal and collegial, and we find it important that everyone can feel at home with us.
