IAM Consultant

• You have knowledge of one or more IAM technologies, such as SailPoint, One Identity, Okta, ForgeRock, Omada Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID; 

• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience within Identity & Access Management, for example as an IAM Consultant, IAM Engineer, IAM Administrator, or in a similar role; 

• You have a completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in the direction of IT, Cyber Security, or a similar field; 

• You have experience with implementing, managing, and/or optimizing IAM or IGA solutions; 

• You are communicatively and socially strong and know how to make technical IAM issues understandable for various stakeholders; 

• You are curious and eager to learn and enjoy further developing your IAM expertise and sharing knowledge with colleagues; 

• You speak and write Dutch fluently and have a good command of English. 

• A permanent contract and a salary between €4,000 and €5,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week, employment at least 32 hours).

Do you have experience within Identity & Access Management and do you want to help organizations gain control over digital identities and access rights? 

Within the IAM practice of Sopra Steria, you will work together with experienced security professionals on complex and impactful IAM issues for organizations within the public sector, financial services, industry & transport, and defense & security. You will join a growing Cyber Security Area where there is plenty of room to further expand your IAM expertise, share knowledge, and continue to develop yourself. 

What will you do? 
As an IAM Consultant, you help organizations to gain and maintain control over digital identities and access rights. You advise clients on Identity & Access Management and help them improve, implement, and professionalize their IAM environment. 

You combine your technical IAM knowledge with consultancy skills and work together with various stakeholders within the client organization. In doing so, you look not only at the technology, but also at processes and the way IAM is organized within the organization. 

• Implementing IAM solutions and IGA processes  
  You independently lead implementation projects at clients, where you implement and configure IAM tools and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes. 

• Deploying IAM expertise and best practices  
  You strengthen our existing IAM team with your knowledge and experience and apply best practices within diverse client assignments. 

• Developing new IAM Managed Services  
  You contribute to the development of new managed services within the IAM domain and help to further expand our services. 

• Knowledge sharing and Thought Leadership  
  You actively share your knowledge, vision, and insights regarding IAM, both internally with colleagues and externally within the field. With this, you contribute to the further development of our IAM expertise.
