As an Identity Management Specialist, you will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions tailored to customers' cloud infrastructures. Your responsibilities include collaborating with customers to assess their IAM needs, designing and configuring IAM policies, roles, and permissions, and integrating IAM systems, with a primary focus on SailPoint solutions. By leveraging your knowledge of SailPoint, you will ensure the implementation and customization of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ to effectively respond to specific customer needs. Additionally, you will resolve IAM issues quickly and provide technical expertise and support to enhance overall security.
