• A salary starting from € 2,691.78 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week if you are 21 years or older). Do you already have experience in a similar role? Then your salary may be higher! Are you younger than 21? Then you will start with an attractive salary that matches your age.

• Every month, you receive an 8.1% ADV allowance on top of your salary. Additionally, varying allowances apply (such as a 30% Saturday allowance).

Ensuring error-free order picking, thinking along about improving our processes, and actively contributing to a good working atmosphere? That is your job as the right hand of the Team Manager! 

Together with your team manager, you ensure that your team of approximately 15 employees collects all ordered items in an efficient manner and that the orders are ready on time for the drivers. You check the orders, so that they always leave the door complete. From groceries, fresh produce, frozen, and chilled to non-food. You check whether safety and hygiene regulations are being met. As a working foreman or forewoman, you also roll up your sleeves yourself. People are moved by you. They do that because you set a good example, but also because you are enthusiastic and pay attention to a pleasant working atmosphere. When there are new employees, you ensure a warm welcome. You are always wondering if things can be done better, faster, and more efficiently. Your team manager loves to listen to your input and together you will get to work on it!

You are a true go-getter and know how to motivate your colleagues to get the best out of themselves and each other. You can communicate clearly and are open and accessible.
