Locatiemanager | KDV Sportlaan and KDV Dr. Stolteweg Zwolle

As a locatiemanager at Partou in Zwolle, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.

As a locatiemanager, you lead two KDV locations in Zwolle: Dr. Stolteweg and Sportlaan. Both locations consist of three groups. In total, you manage a team of approximately 20 pedagogical professionals. Two locations, each with its own character and opportunities in the area. Dr. Stolteweg is located directly next to the Isala clinic. A beautiful place where plenty of opportunities exist to further strengthen the location and increase its visibility in the area. This requires a locatiemanager who is entrepreneurial, sees opportunities, and actively seeks connections with organizations and other parties in the neighborhood. The location at Sportlaan is situated by the swimming pool, in the Bubbels building. Here, too, collaboration plays an important role and you maintain close contact with Bubbels and other involved parties. For these locations, we are therefore looking for someone who, in addition to strong leadership, is also entrepreneurial and community-oriented. You see opportunities, easily establish connections with organizations and partners in the area, and enjoy building and further strengthening collaborations. Additionally, you have an eye for the development and visibility of both locations and know how to make good use of opportunities in the surroundings.
