We are looking for a Store Manager for our hub in Zwolle. As Store Manager, you have ultimate responsibility for your own branch. • You are responsible for the daily operational matters of your own hub;
• You lead 3-5 shift leads and support them in managing the riders and pickers;
• You ensure the right customer experience by monitoring all aspects in your hub;
• Managing the assortment and ordering the products;
• Coordinating a perfect delivery process between the pickers and riders; 
• Hiring new employees and training your staff;
• Managing the schedules for the riders, pickers, and shift leads;
• And most importantly: ensuring that your hub is an inspiring and motivating workplace.
