• You have an HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as an HR advisor.

As an HR Advisor, you work for the Warehouse, which we call the Pakketpark. You get energy from continuously building a future-proof organization. You do this together with 14 colleagues in the HR team, everyone with their own specialty. You enjoy working independently and you know how to find your way quickly. Together with two other HR advisors, you make the managers in the Schuur a little bit better every day, ensure that we find the right solution in casework, and ensure that we make the employee journey a little bit better every day.
