Assistant Store Manager Breda

As Assistant Store Manager in our Boutique in Breda, you are the right hand of the Store Manager. You lead the team, ensure a customer-oriented shopping experience, and monitor the Boutique's appearance. You think proactively, identify opportunities, and actively contribute to achieving commercial objectives. This is the chance to combine your leadership qualities and fashion sense within a growing retail brand.

• You support the Store Manager and replace them in their absence;

• You coordinate and carry out activities on the shop floor;

• You monitor the customer experience and ensure a high level of service;

• You think along about opportunities in the local market and actively on the shop floor;

• You are co-responsible for achieving KPIs and store goals;

• You manage the inventory and respond to customer behavior and (local) events;

• You motivate your team and ensure a positive, result-oriented working atmosphere.

• You have at least 2-3 years in a retail position with a leadership character;

• You possess a completed MBO education;

• You are flexibly available, also in evenings and weekends;

• You think commercially, act customer-oriented, and are result-oriented;

• You live in or near Breda.
