Store Manager Middelburg

As Store Manager in our Boutique in Middelburg, you will lead the team, translate commercial objectives onto the shop floor, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. As the person ultimately responsible for the store, you will provide daily leadership, coach colleagues, and ensure a perfect appearance of the Boutique. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for the Head Office and play an active role in the growth of the brand in your region.

• You are responsible for total store management: the team, turnover, appearance, and achieving targets;

• You direct and coach the team daily on the shop floor and conduct performance and job interviews;

• You monitor KPIs regarding turnover, customer satisfaction, and planning;

• You are the primary point of contact for colleagues from the Head Office and the Retail Coordinator;

• You identify opportunities in the market and respond to them with actions and optimizations;

• You ensure accurate staff scheduling and inventory management.

• You have at least 2-3 years of leadership experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, or in a similar retail role;

• You possess a completed MBO education, preferably in fashion or commerce;

• You are available to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends;

• You have a strong sense of responsibility and know how to motivate people;

• You live in or near Middelburg.
