Are you a commercial leader who gets energy from developing people and achieving results? For our team, we are looking for a Senior Team Lead who is responsible for the daily management of a team of sales professionals within the automotive sector.

In this role, you ensure that your team leads follow up successfully and convert revenue into concrete sales opportunities. You coach employees to get the most out of themselves, monitor performance based on KPIs, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Through regular 1-on-1 meetings, clear objectives, and continuous feedback, you help your team grow and perform at a high level.

Additionally, you are responsible for the daily planning, staffing, and operational management of the team. You analyze results, work with dashboards and reports, and translate insights into concrete improvement actions. As the primary point of contact for the customer, you ensure that expectations are managed and changes are successfully implemented within the team.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position within a commercial, sales, or customer-oriented environment.
• Experience with coaching, developing, and motivating employees.
• Strong commercial mindset and demonstrable experience with KPI- and target-driven environments.
• Experience with lead management, conversion improvement, and sales processes.
• Analytically strong and able to convert data and reports into concrete actions.
• Experience with CRM systems and performance dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Available for a full-time, office-based position in Amstelveen.

• Experience within the automotive sector.
• Lean certification or experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in a contact center, retail, or omnichannel sales environment.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, capacity management, and roster planning.
• Experience as a point of contact for customers or managing customer relationships.
• Experience with setting up and improving operational processes.
• Affinity with data analysis and creating management reports.
• Experience working in an international environment.
