As a Digital Sales Consultant, you play a crucial role in achieving our commercial objectives. You form the connecting link between Ford Netherlands, our dealer network, and potential customers. Together with our dealers, you work towards one goal: maximum conversion from every sales opportunity. You ensure that leads are followed up, that the process is closely monitored, and that no sales opportunity remains untapped.

• You proactively contact leads and qualify their interest – with an eye for commercial opportunities.
• You coordinate closely with dealers to transfer leads in a timely and targeted manner.
• You monitor progress and adjust where necessary: you keep the pipeline sharply in view.
• You identify sales opportunities and think along about actions or campaigns to increase showroom traffic and conversion.
• You are an ambassador for both the customer and the commercial result – you know how to combine those interests perfectly.
