• You independently perform more complex compilation engagements.

• You set up the client's financial administration correctly and prepare the annual accounts correctly.

• You record the findings in the file in accordance with laws and regulations.

• You prepare the advisory work.

• You keep your clients informed of the progress, results, and next steps.

• You are an example and coach for your colleagues in preceding job levels.

• You identify advisory opportunities yourself through your good contact with the client and/or via colleagues.

• You proactively seek opportunities to maintain your productivity.

• You profile yourself as the daily point of contact and advisor for the client.

• You identify cross-selling and additional value signals and actively respond to these by connecting the right people to each other.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,372 and €5,457, excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.
