• You conduct interviews with clients to understand their needs, draft process descriptions, and perform walkthroughs, identifying risks and auditing less complex financial statement items and ESG reports in accordance with laws and regulations
• You perform audit procedures for more complex financial statement items and guide junior and advanced assistants in their development
• You review the work performed by assistants and propose corrections based on audit findings. You draft audit programs, schedules, and hour budgets for audit clients and are responsible for the audit of processes and items in various stages of the audit file (planning, interim, year-end, and completion phases)
• You maintain independent contact with clients, assess the completeness of the information provided, and request additional data where necessary, while discussing findings with both the team and the client

From day one, you will work together with clients and colleagues on challenging assignments, where you will not only analyze financial figures but also investigate sustainability issues (ESG) using data analysis. You will work frequently on-site at clients, allowing you to truly understand and improve their business processes. As a senior assistant, you will quickly develop the skills to perform audit assignments independently and train less experienced colleagues.
