The role

At Accountancy & Business Advisory, you will serve large clients together with a small team. In this role, as a Senior Assistant Accountant SME, it is up to you to be the financial advisor for our clients, where you make the difference with your sharp analyses.

Independently, professionally, and with initiative, you advise clients on the design of complex administrative processes, accounting, and reporting. You are also the point of contact for your clients regarding various issues. You prepare complex financial reports and focus on the continuous improvement of processes within BDO. If a specialist is needed for a specific issue, you know how to find this colleague and ensure good cooperation with the client. Additionally, you coach and guide the Assistant Accountants in their daily activities and review their work. On top of that, you work in a close-knit team where your client portfolio is varied, including family businesses and SMEs.
