As Team Lead Connection, you are the key figure ensuring successful connections, scaling up, and service rounds. You take full responsibility, from detailed planning to personal check-ins with your team, and guarantee that healthcare locations can always rely on Momo. In the role of Team Lead Connection at Momo, you are an important part of ensuring the implementation process runs optimally. This means that, together with the connection team, you are always ready to drive to a healthcare location in the Netherlands to connect, scale up, or perform a service round. All with the goal of personally relieving healthcare professionals with Momo's solution so that they can do their work even better.

• Coaching all connectors and the team as a whole so that they can continue to grow.

• Acting as a point of contact for teams within Momo for exceptional situations, questions, requests, and any problems.

• Defining and solving problems, always looking for the best approach and constantly wanting to improve the connection process.

• Safeguarding structure and overview within a fast-growing organization with the goal that delivery can always be guaranteed.

• Stimulating your team to improve processes. Many processes can be continuously improved. You are a catalyst for these improvements and always have a good view of where possible opportunities lie.

Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up in Delft, focused on tackling one of the greatest societal challenges: the future of (elderly) care. Over the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of current healthcare workers will retire. With our innovative solutions, we want to both reduce the pressure on healthcare workers and improve the quality of care. 💡 Together with a dedicated team, you are on the road six half-days per week to visit healthcare locations throughout the Netherlands. You provide the very best service on-site, so that healthcare professionals can start working with the Momo solutions that very same evening.

You are an enthusiastic and service-oriented go-getter who gets energy from traveling the country to make healthcare professionals happy. As the face of Momo, you ensure that all systems at a healthcare location are connected flawlessly, so that care can get to work with them immediately that same evening.

• You are a true go-getter! You like to roll up your sleeves, are always there for people, and want to continuously improve.

• You easily give and receive constructive feedback, put the team central, and are focused on letting the team grow.

• You can maintain an overview, are eager to learn, and strong in communication.

• You can communicate well in Dutch and English; German is a plus.

• You ensure a sense of equality within the team and true group cohesion.

• You possess a driver's license B.

You want to use your skills and experience to make a visible impact in (elderly) care, both domestically and abroad (Belgium and Germany 1-2x per month). • 32-40 hours/week, depending on your preference.
