Discover what the role of Road Forwarder at MOL Logistics entails!

As a Road Forwarder, you will be part of an experienced team of 13 colleagues who ensure the smooth handling of road transport within Europe on a daily basis. You will be involved in planning and requesting transports and will contribute ideas for smart solutions, for both import and export. In doing so, you will also monitor costs and revenues.

You will investigate various road transport possibilities, compare options, and engage the right colleagues to arrive at the best solution. In this, you will work together with the Sales, Customs, Finance, Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Warehousing departments.

In addition to the operational side, you will also gain insight into the financial aspects of road transport. You will take rates, costs, and revenues into account and learn to better understand which choices contribute to a healthy result. You will learn more and more about the profession and take on more responsibility step by step, so that you can grow into a fully qualified independent forwarder.

Additionally, you will maintain contact with our international network and communicate regularly in English, both orally and in writing. Do you not yet have experience with logistics terminology? No problem! You will simply learn those with us in practice.
