As HR Project & Processes Specialist, you will work at the AS Watson office in Renswoude, the beating heart behind Kruidvat, Trekpleister, and ICI PARIS XL. Together with colleagues, you will work continuously on improving and future-proofing People Services.

You analyze and optimize processes, translate data into insights, and ensure that improvements are actually implemented. At the same time, you play an important role in the daily support of People Services, ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities and handling complex issues. You collaborate with various stakeholders, tackle both structural and ad-hoc issues, and combine analytical thinking with a hands-on approach. An important part of your role is applying innovative solutions, including AI, to make daily activities smarter and more efficient.

What will you do in the role of Project & Processes Specialist?

• Analyzing, improving, and innovating People Services processes, data, and data flows to increase quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Maintaining the organizational structure, templates, and explanations in AFAS.
• Developing, building, and analyzing ad-hoc and structural reports and insights to support decision-making and process improvement.
• Tackling structural and ad-hoc issues, including requests for process changes, GDPR issues, complex Topdesk tickets, and acting as a 3rd-line point of contact and sparring partner.
• Ensuring correct and efficient handling of operational activities within People Services and contributing to their further optimization.
• Developing, testing, and implementing AI solutions (such as agents and Alteryx) to simplify repetitive tasks and design processes more intelligently.
• Translating innovative ideas and successful experiments into practical applications within the daily People Services processes.
