Quality Management Internship

• An internship allowance of €541 per month based on 40 hours;

Together with your colleagues, you will make an impact by protecting the quality of all our products, with fresh and our own brand as top priorities. As an intern, you will observe the application of Jumbo's health policy. You will ensure that new product proposals comply with the health policy and look at how they can be even better and healthier. Additionally, you may assist in the preparation of audits for standards such as Rainforest Alliance and Gluten-free. You will also play a supporting role on the day of the audit.

• Food makes you happy! We are busy every day optimizing our assortment. To ensure that we have the best products, we must also inspect them. You will help with internal product inspections. Thus, you will get to work inspecting products together with Quality, Category Management, and Purchasing.
• You will not only gain knowledge at Jumbo, but you will also periodically visit our suppliers together with the Quality Manager. You will play a role in the preparation of these visits and use the supplier monitoring results as input.
• You will contribute ideas to the setup of our internal sensory research. Here, you may think about how we can extract even more from product inspections to continue improving the monitoring of our current private label products.
