The role

Are you the type of person who lets customers leave feeling good? As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our workshop in Breda. You communicate easily with customers and mechanics, maintain an overview, and ensure that everything regarding maintenance and repairs is well-organized from A to Z. And you do this together with a friendly and engaged team!

What you'll do

As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our Toyota customers. You welcome customers upon arrival, listen carefully to their wishes, and know exactly the right questions to ask. You then translate their story into a clear work order for the mechanics.

Throughout the day, you maintain close contact with the workshop and, together with the workshop manager, monitor progress. Is extra work needed? Then you discuss this with the customer and ensure the correct permission is obtained. You keep the customer informed of the activities, expected costs, and schedule.

The administrative side is also part of the job: you create work orders, schedule appointments, order parts, and handle invoicing.

When the customer comes to pick up their car, you review the completed work. You explain what was done to the car, process the payment, and of course, check if everything went according to their wishes.

With your hospitality and customer focus, you make this role a success and score high on customer satisfaction. You are solution-oriented and can think along with the customer. Additionally:

you have gained experience in a service advisor role within the automotive industry;
you are stress-resistant and clear in your communication.
