At Beter Bed, everything is about sleeping better, and that starts with you. As a store manager, you are the driving force behind your store. You know how to inspire a team, achieve results, and ensure that customers leave the store feeling good and with the right bed.

You don't just manage based on figures, but primarily on people. You ensure a pleasant working atmosphere in which everyone gets the best out of themselves. Together with your team, you build the success of the store and contribute to our mission: helping the Netherlands and Belgium sleep better.

Every day is different, but you can certainly expect this:

• You lead and motivate your team, so that customers always receive the best service.

• You are visible on the shop floor and set a good example yourself in sales and customer advice.

• You ensure a good presentation, up-to-date stock, and an inviting store.

• You monitor sales results, KPIs, and customer satisfaction, and adjust where necessary.

• You coach and develop your team: from giving feedback to celebrating successes together.

• You keep the administration and planning in order and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

We are looking for a people-oriented leader with a strong commercial drive. Someone who loves taking responsibility, gets energy from coaching, and is visible on the floor.

• MBO thinking level or higher, preferably in retail or commerce.

• Experience as a supervisor in retail is a plus.

• You are result-oriented, strong in communication, and know how to motivate people.

• Flexible availability, also on weekends and public holidays.

• You share our conviction: sleeping better is living better.

• Salary depending on knowledge and experience. (Range 2500,- to 3100,-)

• Monthly store manager bonus and possibly a sales bonus based on performance.

• Fixed monthly mobility allowance and travel expense allowance (€ 0.23 p/km).
