Store Manager Rotterdam Alexandrium

You are ultimately responsible for the performance of your (2nd) baby. Or feel free to call it a child. This is because we are talking about our huge Coolblue store in Rotterdam Alexandrium. As Store Manager, you and the Assistant Store Manager will focus on the coaching and development of your team, how happy the customers in your store are (NPS), the store's earnings (EBITDA), you name it. You will be given a large and close-knit team. A team that you make a little bit better every single day.

• Running the store together with the Assistant Store Manager and managing the Rotterdam Alexandrium team on a daily basis.
• Make your team a little better every day. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and your Regional Manager.
• Structurally analyzing the results of your store and proactively making improvement proposals. 
• Using your commercial insight and the available data to continuously form an image of what can be improved.

• Minimum HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• Great leadership experience.
