• HBO level of work and thinking and at least 2 years of experience as a (ultimately responsible) manager.

As Store Manager, you hold ultimate responsibility for the performance of your store in Rotterdam Centrum. Together with your 2 Assistant Store Managers, you ensure tight store operations, happy customers, and a top team. You analyze the figures, make improvement proposals, and coach your team to become a little better every day. Think of driving on relevant metrics such as NPS and Attach rate, spotting improvements in store processes, and collaborating with weena-teams such as Planning, HR, and Recruitment. With your Rotterdam flair, you ensure that everyone feels welcome and that results improve every day.

• Running the store as if it were your second home, together with your 2 Assistant Store Managers.
• Making your team a little better every day. You drive on the metrics that you can influence.
• Structurally analyzing the results of your store and making improvement proposals.
