From our Dutch office, we are also building our own platform for Lefebvre Group, the European leader in legal and tax knowledge: GenIA-L, which has now reached more than 100 million euros in ARR in Europe. Over 75,000 professionals work with it daily, and we build it to the standard their profession demands. We are looking for a Product Manager to grow Sdu Toxic with propositions that demonstrably provide value to customers.

Sdu Toxic is the most complete SaaS solution for laws and regulations regarding hazardous substances in the Netherlands. Organizations use it to register their hazardous substances, assess exposure, record measures, and inform their employees. In this way, we help QHSE professionals enable people to work more safely and comply with occupational health and safety legislation. Behind Toxic stands a team with in-depth knowledge of chemical products and the associated rules. That expertise makes the product strong. Your mission is to ensure the market sees that and chooses it. You will take control of a large and diverse market group with strong commercial ambitions. Based on market data and customer insights, you will determine which products we develop, what they contain, how we position them, and through which channels we bring them to market. Together with the Pricing Specialist, you will determine the pricing strategy. You will have customers validate what you build and translate their feedback into product development and a commercial approach. You will see opportunities with large and complex customers, and you will build strategic collaborations with customers and partners such as software companies. You will keep a sharp eye on revenue, usage, renewals, and customer satisfaction, and you will adjust where necessary. Innovations that you develop for Toxic can be deployed more broadly within Lefebvre Sdu. You will be a sparring partner to the Head of Innovation and coach our Product Marketers in their go-to-market approach. The knowledge is there. The product is ready. You determine how Toxic grows.

You combine deep market insight with the decisiveness to build something new, from customer validation and positioning to go-to-market and market introduction. You get people from different disciplines on board with content and vision, and you seize opportunities, even when the approach is not yet fixed. This is also what we are looking for:

• You have previously held responsibility for products, propositions, or go-to-market in a complex market or customer group.

• You have developed products and successfully launched them in the market.

• You translate market developments and customer needs into a clear long-term vision and concrete commercial opportunities.

• You combine commercial insight with data and use results to make products increasingly sharper.

• You connect colleagues from product, IT, sales, marketing, content, and customer support.

• You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.

You will take control of products that are decisive for the growth of Sdu Toxic. From market and customer insight to positioning, price, and go-to-market: you bring it all together. You have plenty of room to expand innovations across the entire Lefebvre Sdu organization, enter into strategic partnerships, and make a visible impact on revenue, customer value, and growth. From day 1, you will have influence on how knowledge is utilized by thousands of professionals in the Netherlands. This is also what you will receive:

• A salary between €5,508 and €6,458 per month, based on a standard 36-hour work week.

• A year-end bonus of 4% of your gross annual salary.

• 23 vacation days and a personal choice budget of 12%, of which 8% is holiday allowance and 4% is freely spendable for, for example, extra vacation days.

• A good pension scheme via PGB, including supplementary partner insurance.

• A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer or a public transport allowance, and we offer an attractive bicycle scheme. For employees with a commuting distance of less than 10 km or more than 60 km, we have an adjusted scheme.

• Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office in The Hague, on Tuesday and Thursday.
