Room to grow. In your profession, in your role, in the organization.
Legal AI is only as good as the knowledge behind it, and at Lefebvre Sdu, we have been building that knowledge for 200 years. Day in, day out. Law by law. Word by word. We do this so carefully that other legal AI tools run on our data and software. From our Dutch office, we are also building our own platform for Lefebvre Group, the European leader in legal and tax knowledge: GenIA-L, which has now reached more than 100 million euros in ARR in Europe. Over 75,000 professionals work with it daily, and we build it to the standard their profession demands. We are looking for a Technical Web Analyst who wants to know exactly how our customers work with GenIA-L.
Behind every insight in GenIA-L lies human work, and we want to know if that work truly finds its place in the practice of lawyers and tax specialists. Every click tells a story about it: what someone is looking for, where they drop off, and what works. That story is only as good as the measurement behind it, and that measurement is yours. You are technically responsible for the entire chain: you manage and develop Google Tag Manager, Snowplow, and our cookie bar in Didomi, and you ensure that reliable data lands in Redshift. Our analysts and BI specialists build upon that data, and with it, we sharpen our services. There is work to be done, because not everything has been mapped out and properly organized yet. In your first months, you will map out the entire pipeline, including the gaps and the risks, and create a plan to structure and standardize product analytics and close those gaps. Where necessary, you will sanitize existing implementations and set up new systems instead, documenting what you build so that the knowledge remains within the team. The data is already flowing. What is still missing is a measurement that the entire company can rely on blindly. You will build that.
You are technically strong and do not rest until a measurement is correct. You dive into the developer tools to find a problem and then explain in plain language what went wrong. You see risks coming, and you independently take on what needs to be improved, with ownership over everything you build. This is also what we are looking for:
You will join the Data & Analytics team and report to the Head of Data & Analytics. You will work together with 2 BI specialists, 3 Domain Data Analysts, 2 Data Engineers, and a Data & Analytics Architect. Because the role is new and not everything has been thought through yet, you will have plenty of room to provide direction to the solutions and help determine how we will measure moving forward. This is also what you will receive:
We would love to tell you everything about the team and the role. Send your CV and you will hear from us within 2 working days. Any questions first? WhatsApp or call Mak via +31 6 18 60 98 89.
A reference check and a certificate of good conduct (VOG) are part of the selection process.
