• Completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree, preferably HAS Food Technology;
• You have an affinity for working in a production environment, and specifically in the food industry;
• You are proactive, communicative, eager to learn, and stand firm in your shoes;
• You enjoy working both independently and in a team;
• You have good oral and written communication skills, also in the English language.

For our Quality department at the Kruiningen plant, we are looking for a:

Trainee Quality Assurance

As a Trainee Quality Assurance, through internships and any practical experience in quality controls, you have developed the necessary knowledge and skills to make the step to a position within Quality Assurance in the food industry. And not just any food industry, but our beautiful process in making various potato products. In this position, you will be offered the opportunity to further develop yourself and grow into a Quality Professional. After an induction period to get to know our entire process, you will be guided to carry out quality activities (project-based). You will work in Kruiningen, you will be part of the QA team, and you will report to the QA Manager. This concerns a full-time position, where you can be deployed in either day shifts or (in consultation) in shift work (5 shifts).

• You make an important contribution to ensuring the food safety & quality of our products and increasing our process quality;
• You identify points for improvement and initiate improvement proposals regarding QA-related matters;
• You learn to implement and enter data into the quality management system;
• You actively participate in performing internal audits;
• You are willing to work in shift work (5 shifts) for a period to get to know the processes better;
• You draw up a personal development plan to work towards a staff position.
